A Compensation of 850.000 euro was granted to a twenty two year old motorcyclist represented by our law firm.

Compensation of euro 850.000 was granted to a twenty two year old motorcycle driver represented by our law firm after a traffic accident in Limassol Cyprus.
A vehicle driver while driving his vehicle in Limassol, failed to stop at an Alt, blocking the straight path of a motorcycle driven by a young motorcyclist. The result of the collision was the impact of the motorcycle on the dividing road railing and the fall of the young man of the asphalt resulting in his serious injury.
Immediately after the accident, the young man was taken by an ambulance to the Emergency Department (ED) of the Limassol General Hospital and due to the seriousness of his condition, he was immediately transferred to the Nicosia General Hospital. Despite the efforts of the doctors and the intensive rehabilitation program the young man underwent, his condition became irreversible as his injuries left severe permanent remains on the young man.
With the stabilization of the Young man’s health condition and after the collection of all relevant medical and police reports, a lawsuit was filed by our law office before the Limassol District Court for the recovery of compensation due to the serious injury the young man has suffered, giving thus the begging of the court proceedings but also the begging of a series on intense negotiations between the lawyers representing the insurance company and our law firm.
The sum of 850.000 euros has been agreed upon as fair and just compensation between the lawyers of the insurance company and our law firm for an out-of-court settlement.
